Well, we arrived safely back in Oklahoma on December 17th. The long flight was a small nightmare, but we all made it alive. We were up for over 24 hours from door to door. It was a long day of traveling. We are just now finally getting adjusted to the time change and Josh is no longer waking up at 4am - yea!!! Emory adjusted pretty quickly - the first night she slept right on schedule. She didn't do her night sleeping on the plane so maybe that's why she slept so well that first night. I think she was waiting for her bath the whole trip - that's her cue that it's night time.

Two days after we arrived, Russ' parents came to see us for a few days and meet their new Granddaughter. It was such a fun visit. We all had a really good time seeing each other and catching up. It was definitely too short though.

Emory has starting "talking" as of about 10 weeks old. It's so fun interacting with her. She loves to talk to her 'Buela and 'Buelo makes her laugh a lot. As of her last Drs. appointment in early December, she weighed 13 pounds. She's in the 98th percentile for height and weight. She's all proportional though so that's good.

One evening we took Josh to Incredible Pizza - one of his favorite places. He and Russ and Dave and Dad all took a few lapse in the race cars. Josh had a great time.
