"...and bless the man who invented sleep, a cloak to cover over all human thought, food that drives away hunger, water that banishes thirst, fire that heats up cold, chill that moderates passion and, finally universal currency with which all things can be bought, weight and balance that brings the shepherd and the king, the fool and the wise, to the same level." Don Quixote, Vol. 2, Ch. 68

Saying Goodbye Continued

Here are more friends at playgroup we said goodbye to. Carrie and her son Cap came to Spain from Venezuela. They were in Texas before that. What a coincidence! Kate and her daughter Gatelle came here from France. They will be returning there in March.

Margie and her son Leo are going back to Miami in January. Margie's husband works for Burger King which is headquartered in Miami. He's not the guy with the scary King head in all the commercials!

Jaran and her son Janof and Jennifer and her duaghter Eva are part of a playgroup Josh and I went to a few times. Jennifer recommended the Dr. who delivered Emory.

Josh and Rebecca playing in Rebecca's room. Josh is only 1 month older than Rebecca. I guess it's easy to see why he's in the 95 percentile for height and weight!
